[Resolved]  Voltas — Not Responding for AC SERVICE in warranty period

I had purchase my VOLTAS 1.5 TON window AC in 08/06/2014. Voltas gives two free service to customers. But from last 1 month, I had many call to voltas customer care but no response from that side. Every time they gives me a complain no. and after 2-3 days, they automatically cancelled my request and send a message to me. between these period no one from voltas contacted me regarding my ac servicing. This happen almost 4 times. please do the needful.
