[Resolved]  Voltas — Repair of 2 ton split AC not done

Sir, I lodged a complaint in customer care on 5/10/2015 vide complaint no.[protected] for reparing of 2 to split voltas AC. But i got no response. My request has been canceled on the pretext of customer not responding which is totally ridiculous. I again lodged complaint on 13/10/2015 vide no.[protected], which they attended and find fan blade faulty, but not replaced it till date. again they cancelled on the pretext of customer not willing to pay which is totally false. I again lodged a complaint vide no.[protected] which they not attended till date. yours truly, Rajiv Sharma [protected]
