We purchased an voltas air conditioner 1.0 ton sac 122cya (s) from p. s. digital world, 73-laxmi nagar, vikas marg, delhi-110092 and paid full payment of rs. 25800/- (including rs. 1500/- for instaletin & rs. 500/- for cartage). spilt air conditioner not instaled in working condition after purchase.
Vide invoice no. 419 dated 16-sep. 2016.

MEMORANDUM

1.Kindly refer your retail invoice no 419 dated 16th September 2016 about the sale of an AC and a stabilizer sold to Shobhit University with the promise of its installation at A-87, Sector 57; NOIDA.

2.The AC has not been fitted (Not Instaled In Working Condition) up to the date and it remains unusable. One reason of this pendency is that there is certain difference of opinion about how it needs to be installed. That should not be an issue by which a work is not completed. The issue could have been settled by talk.

3.Kindly note that we have already paid the installation charges(Fitting charges).

4.You are therefore requested to send your mechanic to install the AC immediately; and talk over the matter with our Shri Dinesh Saxena (Ph: [protected])
