Voltas have confirmed me that they will refund me Rs 2000/- as they given 50% waive off for under warranty compressor replacement..but after a long communication and lot's of assurances given by Mr Vinay Srivastava, Area Service Manager, Lucknow but still i didn't get my refund .Please have a look on the matter and try to get it resolve as earliest possible. Voltas authorized service partner is a big fraud and cheater one i ever seen...they given me a cheque of Rs 2000/- as a service charge waiver on 10th oct 2014 as they committed after following a long time...But cheque has been bounced due to insufficient fund on 14 oct 2014 and bank returned the cheque to me after deducting bounce amt from my account...

I would like to request senior mgt of voltas comapny to look into the matter and resolve the issue...
