[Resolved]  Voltas — Wrong installation done. PCB and stabalizer burnt.

I want to bring to your notice that i am highly disappointed with the installation service provided by Voltas in Gurgaon. I had bought an AC 2 months back for which i had requested for relocation service which required dismantling and them reinstallation of the AC. Request no - [protected]. The technician did some wrong connection because of which the stabilizer and PCB of the AC got burnt. Rather than taking a formal route, he took the PCB along which i am sure he is getting repaired. But since i have this AC in warranty and i have used installation service through Voltas i should be provided with a new PCB and stabilizer. Request you to get this matter investigated asap. Hoping for a positive response.
