Yesterday, i.e. 15th July 2015, the volvo from Gurgaon to Chandigarh started at 8:00pm. The conductor of the bus flatly refused to stop at Ambala City highway inspite of me travelling frequently and getting down at the same. I got down at Kashmere Gate to use the washroom after informing him bt he did not wait for me and started the bus before I returned. I ran after the bus to catch it. I got an extremely bad treatement after paying an amount of ₹620.. I would want strict actions to be taken against the conductor. Was this information helpful? |
