I refund my product... But i haven't receive my refund money... We had processed the refund as Voonik credits in your Voonik account. Voonik credits is a shopping currency that can be used only on Voonik.
Since you wish to get the refund in your bank account. Please share your bank details at [protected]@voonik.com.
Once we receive your bank details, refund amount will be sent your bank account. The amount will reflect in your account within 7-10 working days.
Post refund of cash the same denomination in voonik credits will be deducted from your account.
