I ordered a lehanga Whn I opened it was completely different from what I saw. I m trying for return since 15 days n there's no response from their side. Yest I called d customer care n she said she will get bk to me in 24 hours bt this also in vain.. I dono what to do

My name is radha rani. I ordered a saree but when I recieved it it was of bad quality. Please refund my money back. My saree was taken back by ur executive. I m sending my complaint by email also but it was not acceptad frm ur side. Please dont cheat people. Make trust o[censored]r customers. To grow in future.

Totally fraud vompanu. I ordered saree it is very bad in quality. They take back my saree n was in contact through out the time. When they told me ki mail per complaint ker do I done it ten times. N they did not accept it. Now they r not refunding my money. And not even sending any other product in behalf... paise bhi le liye product... hats of[censored] cheaters... all r sitting to make people fool.

product return request was placed and they were picked up within two days. But none of them from the customer care are providing information on the refund. I've been mailing and the calling the customer care so many times in vain. Kindly do the needful.
