We would like to inform you that we have raised the return for the product .Hence you will receive a mail from us please check the mail you will have a link provided in it. Click on the link and fill the bank details in the form and submit it within 24 hours (Its mandatory to fill the bank details within 24 hours or return request will be cancelled).The product will be picked from you within 3 -4 working days and once the product reaches the warehouse we will initiate refunds for the same and the amount will reflect in your bank account within 6-8 business days. i had ordered for peach coloured a line skirt days ago.the product that i received did not at all match the colour shown and it was orrange on the contrar.this was a horrible experince for the frequent buyers of voonik like me.please help me return the product.i had also calleda number of times at your customer care help line number but it was not entertained by anyone.
