My order for ishin printed fashion blue saree by vendor-agrawal enterprises I got an sms on 30/7/16 that my order is delivered to me. Immediately i informed your customer help that i did not receive the item. May be the courier delivered to a wrong party. Voonik people assured me after three complaints from by email that they will look into the matter and inform me within 72 hours, on 1/8/16 by email. That's it.
