[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Refund and delivery issues

Order No R[protected]( Order date: October 2, No Of items in order :4)
For the above order i did not receive refund for two items.Now it is more than 10 working days.
And in the same order i did not receive other two items(delivery date was October 14).I am attaching the screenshot that i get while tracking the order.
I have written so many mails to their team and felt really unsatisfied.
Please help me getting the refund(Rs 8400/-) for all the 4 Items.

Updated by DivyaReddy423 I request you guys to refund my money back to my account as soon as possible.
I am requesting you guys please make the refund money (Rs 8400/-) gets reflected in my account.
It's a huge amount for me at least.Try to understand.

Apologies! The order R[protected]-1 and R[protected]-2 stands cancelled due to logistical constraints, hence we have initiated refund on Oct 25th 2016, As per the bank’s policy, the amount will reflect in the your account within 7-10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays).
Request you to place a fresh order and will ensure a hassle free delivery to your doorstep.
For the other two orders, we request you to check in the bank with the following transaction ARN numbers-

R[protected]-4 - Refund initiated on Oct 2nd 2016 ARN number- 75105176277000573839347
