I have ordered a xniva women's black color dress from voonik. First i did not get any message about product delivery after the 2 weeks of placing order. I tried to catch up and called customer care lots of time but did not get any response. Few days back i got the the product but i am not satisfied with this and wants to return. Now again i am calling to customer care and not getting any response. Also i put an email to voonik one week back. Waiting for the response. Please tell me how to return the product if any one has any idea about. I ordered online (Without downloading the app). Please help Was this information helpful? | |||||
