[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Voonik credit not received and part product not received | |||||
Sir, I had booked a product vide order No, R[protected] which I returned costing Rs.1445.00, and booked another product later vide order No.R[protected] costing Rs.766.00. I had utilised the voonik credit lying in my account but when I enquired from your customer support today they said it has already been credited to Voonik Credit. My Voonik credit totally should have been Rs.1445.00 after which I booked a product costing Rs.766.00. The balance Rs.779.00 is not reflecting anywhere. We notice that you have returned the product and the refund was initiated on Sep 15th, We had processed the refund in your Voonik credits. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank:
Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.
