[Resolved] Voonik — Wrong material dispath

We have purchased sari online from voonik.com but as it was showing completely in different & cheep quality,

We have demanded to return the same or replace with actual purchase but around a month before.

We have book black color sari but the have deliver blue in colour & totally different design.

As per telephonic discusstion we have provided complete detail for refund but still they are not responding properly.

Dear Team,
I Book A Saree on Voonik Order no. is[protected], Cost Was 399/- Rs

But Delivered Saree is Totally Difrrent... and Cost is 806/- Rs

Please Revert & Delivered Original Order Material
