have ordered a net saree worth Rs 806. i received my order but the cloth was very cheap quality. i returned my order but they not refund my money. i called customer care no [protected]. The executive told my that she raised my complaints. But still my money not refund. please help me.

But when I saw the suit, the quality of product is very poor. This is totally opposite to the picture which I saw on voonik app. In the picture, this suit and its stuff is looking very nice. So plz retake ur product and refund my account. I don't want to take this cheap quality of product.

I purchaged a kurti (yash gallery pink womans patchwork) order num R[protected] on 6th March 2018 but it was of very bad quality cloth so I cancelled this kurti but I didn't got my money refund in my account pls do that fast I need my money back..immediately...
