[Resolved] Voonik.com — Refund not received | |||||
I have ordered apparels from voonik.com on june 15, 2016 and the product quality was not up to the mark. Thus, returned the product on june 19, 2016. I received confirmation of return from the company too. But the refunded amount is not yet deposited in bank account as claimed by voonik.com. Now the company is not responding to my calls and complains and making me fool since 40 days. I don't know what to do now. Its fraud website the people sitting on their customer care are big thugs.
