Vovinet Broadband — Inappropriate information about the services by vovinet broadband

I am complaining about vovinet as they are not providing any issue resolution because of which we are not able to connect to the wifi services from last 2 weeks. We registered a complaint by calling them on 11th july 2016 but instead of resolving it, they are just delaying it daily by one day. On calling them on a regular basis from that day onwards, they answer that it will be resolved by tomorrow. But their tomorrow never comes. Please help us with it. We have subscribed for a 4 month plan for which we have already paid in advance.
