Vrl Logistics — Consingment delay / No response

Dear Sir, One of our consignment booked in Ahmedabad on 06.02.2015 on door delivery basis vide LR[protected], till now (14.2.15) today no firm confirmation regarding delivery of material to our works and not able reach VRL office/godown Ambattur, Chennai. Even though freight charges of VRL is higher compared to other competitors, on service part, delivery committment etc., is not meeting our requirement. Regards R Sundararajan [protected]
