[Resolved] Vrl Logistics — Damaged Goods - Delivered | |||
Hi, We sent in 92 kgs of paper plates via VRL logistics to Delhi from Chennai. We reached the Pallavaram branch with our goods (paper cups in 4 carton boxes). They weighed in 92Kgs and said since we are transporting in Box they will have to rely on the volume rather the weight and charged us with Rs. 3600. However we found that the product was delivered to the destination in gunny bags with all the paper plates damaged. There were no information given to us with regards to this.
