VRL Travels — Bizarre cancellation policy | |||||
We had booked a ticket from Davangere to Vashi on 5th Nov for our guest but had to cancel this ticket. Now when we went to cancel this ticket we were told to show the id proof of the ticketholder as the guest was from Mumbai she currently didnt had any id proof with her. And we were told the ticket cant be cancelled, now this is so very stupid policy as this is loss of money and time. Very very inconvinient service. This would be the last time i booked a ticket for VRL travels. I would prefer not to book any ticket for VRL.: Was this information helpful? | |||||
