[Resolved]  VTU — NFTC rule for VTU batch 2006

I am a student from DBIT bangalore from 2007 batch. I have not cleared the subjects to get promoted to Last year due to NFTC rule. This NFTC rule says that we need to complete engineering in 8 years. However, I have checked and most of the students in past got 2 years rebate in this rule. Can i go to court for requesting an extension in NFTC rule so I can clear my engineering.
