VVS Teleshopping — cheated by the product

I am cheated by this company. One month ago i received a call by this company. A company representative call me on my no.([protected]). that he said that i won a lucky no. He give me some product by this company that is dhanlaxami product and a mobile, chasmah and watch also. you have to paid only 3500 only. He ask my address i gave him. He call me 4 time to confirmation. after 10 day i receive a currier by government post office but company send me only shani dev product. not any more thing that he said on calling. so kindly help me on this cheating by this company...
