Hi Team, I got my phone insured from the company for Physical damage and Theft. I have I phone6 and its screen was damaged and as Apple care do not repair handsets they did replaced the phone . And Amount is 24600 for replacement . As per the complany they will reimburse only 60-70 % but on the site and the policy it is mentioned that it will be 85-90 % . Though when i bought the policy that time they promised to pay 100% . Kindly take the necessary steps before it gets delayed .
