[Resolved] Warranty Bazaar — Fraud Service provided by Warranty Bazaar | |||
Hi, I got a call from one of the employee of Warranty Bazaar.They told me that your warranty of HP laptop is about to end after a few days.so for that you have to submit the amount for the process of renewal of your warranty to nearest HP service center. I have done the same as he told me and i have submmited the respected amount(Rs 5000) to HP service center in Dadar(Mumbai).After i paid the amount since then they just ignoring me and not able to extend my warranty of my laptop.After communicating with them to their toll free number they told me that for renewal of laptop there is some process involved.They told me that, firstly we will do the health check up of your laptop and if laptop health check up seems to be ok will proceed further and renew your warranty of laptop. After a month a person came from Wipro to my home.He does the initial check up and told me that will procceed the result to the wipro and then Warranty bazaar let you know that your warranty is in condition to renew it or not. Since then i am co-ordinate with them.But they ignored my case and told me the same that your request is in process. I would like to share with you that, The Rs 5000 amount which i paid is for the renewal of my HP laptop.But after that they didn't provide me the service for the warranty of my laptop. After that i am following them near about a month, they told me that we are in the process for renewal of your laptop.They sent me performa invoice of amount Rs.5000.(Attached the same) After contacting them again and again they ignored me each and every time.Till date they didn't extended my warranty of my HP Laptop. Hey guys listen this Warranty bazaar guy niraj called me one day, dont know from wher he got my number, he asked me if you want to buy laptop waarranty package!!I told him i will think about it!!!
First he told me prize for it it 6000!!And I tried to avoid his calls or told him think about it!!!
He kept on calling me told me that I updown for 6 -7 hours daily!!and bla blah things!!!Finally one day he told me that we will give you amc for 5000 rs!!!
So i agreed on that And I paid amount!!!
I provided all documents and they checked my laptop!!
all was okay!!!1
After 3 months I complained about heating problem!!!
The [censored]ing girl on toll free generated complaint id!!!And mailed me !!!
that's all!!!
Nobody responded for 1 month!!!
So i called madarchod devarshi head type of guy in there team!!
He told me i will take care of it!!!
After 20 (around) i got one guy at my room and he checked my lappy!!! he checked and went back told me that i will report the problem in company!!!
Actually warranty bazaar does not help anyone they just try to collect 5000 from each and everyone!!!
hear my story forward!!!
then i called again on toll free and the bhosaliki girl told me that your complaint is closed and problem is solved !!!
So if you want to complain then you will have to again do it!!
So i did it!!1
then i dont know after around 20-26 days the guy came and again checked my laptop and went back!!
he told me i will come with new processor!!!
Again the problem of closing case!!madarchod!!!
So i again registered complain!!!
And this time nobody was listening to me!!!
Finally they got replaced processor!!
but it was worse than mine!!
so i again complained about again!!!
And they responded in usual manner!!
after so many complains and so many things!!!
They came with processor which was mine!!
So all effort wasted!!
Guys in this time I was in my btech graduation final year!!
And I didnt have my own lappy!!

A big fraud company ... Be aware... you are not going to get any warranty... if you give your device for repair .. Than it is also gone...

Agreed. Warranty bazar is second name of fraud. I bought their extended warranty with mobile set. Now due to some technical fault i tried to register my complaints for their service. They had taken three days to take my complain and inform me to hand over mobile to their authorised courier. After 4 days of hand over of mobile today courier company returned back my mobile set by saying that warranty bazar doesn't send them proper CNR code.

Exactly this company managed by aforeserve .. they sent damaged product to me and said it is my fault to accept the damaged product... I only come to know when opened... when contact they are not responding including founder of the company too.. very bad service... i did blogged them..

Warranty Bazaar is fake company, i was send my iphone 6 64gb for mic repair, 2 time they send back without repairing, when i was showing the problem again they picked phone my phone and after one month they also told me it's under repairing, what is this ###, they are totally unprofessional. i'll complaint in court against your company, i want my money back and i need my phone by today EOD.

I also took HP service pack from warranty bazzar on 6th Jan 2014 for my compaq laptop. It was HP onsite warranty. So once warranty gets updated in HP system, HP will provide onsite service. Since then i was doing follwup with warranty bazzar and was getting reply that we are looking into issue and it will take time.It was Feb end and nothing was done. So I called customer care, manager and also sent email to refund money. Also i contacted that person who sent confirmation of money receicved. Then in march first week, i got email from warranty bazzar that ur service pack is activated. Then I checked on HP website, I found its active now. Also i got service from HP onsite.
