[Resolved] Eureka Forbes / Aquasure Xtra — Water leakage no service offered in Warranty Period | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased Aqua Sure Xtra product from Eureka Forbes on 17/11/2012. As per company terms product offers 6 months warranty. The product shown some malfunctioning last week and i have registered a complaint in their customer care number ([protected]). On 16/03/2013. Mean time i called 5 times to the asking for service and nobody turn on. Now i cannot use the product due to water leakage. Can you please help me on this? Aquasure by eureka forbes — Complaint regarding service.
I purchased 2 water purifiers of your company. I live in Hissar, Haryana. Soon after the the purchase of the same, they started troubling me. And when we are calling for the service they are not coming for the service.I contacted Mr. Shri Pal Verma whose contact no. is [protected]. He is responsible for the service of the same.
I never thought that I would have to face service problems from such a prestigious company's brand.
But I am really sorry to say that I am highly unsatisfied by the service of the product.
I hope that now you will see into the matter. And change your service personals, so that customers become satisfied. Otherwise, customers are going to shift to other products.
