[Resolved]  Hitachi India Ltd — AC is not being repaired in 20 days

I registered a complaint on 8th Aug 2013 7:04 AM (REFERENCE NO__[protected] . It is about my Window AC 1.5 Ton. Its been 19 days now and my AC is still not working. I am so mentally disturbed now that I can suicide now. Why Its soo hard for Hitachi to fix there own AC. Does it really take 20 days to fix an AC?? I tried to contact you people via Email but i didn't get any response. I call your Customer Care and Service Center (mangolpuri) on a daily basis. I have called the Customer Care department 21 times now.I called Mr Yadav([protected]). Everytime I call Hitachi, they say, the part is not available and it will take sometime to arrange the part. Sometimes they say the part will come from Gujrat. Kitna time lagta hai bhai gujrat se part laane mein bhi?? I am being tortured by Hitachi India Services. Please help me before I die crying about my AC.I also work for a MNC and we give excellent service to our customers. But in Hitachi Nobody is able to help me. I am Mentally disturbed now. I do night shifts and stay on the 2nd floor. In the day time it becomes very2 hot. I bought this AC in March 2013 from my salary. I am now not able to use it. I dont have black-money to buy another AC. Please fix my problem...................................... If something happens to my health, HITACHI SERVICES INDIA is responsilble.... Jai Hind.......
