Water Resources Department — Pran kit not received

Pran No is Generated but I did not received my pran kit.

I am a PEON under Office of the Superintending Engineer Kolar Project Circle Water Resources Department Hoshangabad (M.P.) my pran no. Was generated in 13th September 2013. I also Received a Massage along with Pran No That is[protected] but I did not received my Pran kit. Please Reissue my Pran kit following Address.
मैंने 5 अगस्त 2015 को भी अपनी शिकायत दर्ज की थी किंतु आपके द्वारा आज दिनांक तक मेरी प्रान किट मुझ मेरे पते पर नहीं भिजवाइ है कृपया मेरी प्रान किट जल्द से जल्द इस पते पर भिजवाने का कष्ट करे मैं सदा आपकी आभारी रहूंगी
