Sub- abnormal high charges of electric bill.
Dear sir,
I am parbati devi pandit, service consumer id[protected], to bring to you kind notice the fact that my family facing a lot of problem from three months for disconnection of electric supply having abnormal high charge of electric bill. My old metre no.T1855936, having electric bill unit march to may 2015 is 446 unit, they did not give electric pay bill slip regularly, after some months my old metre works fault told representative of raniganj sub station and they replace new one metre having metre no. L4569710 in october 2015, now they count june to august 2015, 8057 electric units which is unauthorized electric bill units and they charge about 72000/- rs, for electric bill, after that we have unable to such pay such a unauthorized high charge bill, they disconnect my electric connection in january month, 2016, due manual innervation of metre reading system it may be mistakes of thousand place o[censored]nits, now in new metre reading somewhat 104 units in three months, is sept.-nov.2015. I have given written petition to electric supply office raniganj and divisional engineer, asansol few months ago, but they don't take any step for it. We request to you to look into the matter and take necessary action on your part is highly solicited, so that we the normal consumer will be relived from unnecessary harassment. We are requesting you to please take legal action for illegally booking.

I am Golak Chandra Bose service consumer id[protected], to bring to you kind notice that we have received a bill of 30, 000 Rs for Sep Oct Nov 2021.
1) Meter reading skyrocketed from 740 units to 4500 units
2) Normal bill comes 2000 in 3 months which is timely paid.
3) How can 10 000 per month bill is received
4) How bill of Oct Nov came assuming in Sep
Need to immediately check and correct...have registered several complaints but yet to get a solution and getting disconnection notices.
Pls help .
