West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — Amount debited from my sbi ac but payment not done

Paid Electric bill for the month of july through Sbi net banking.T/Ref no. IGOAGUFWM6 for Rs 1260.56 on 02/07/2015 04:55:10 but in the web site of WBSEDCL showing that my payment not made for the month of July.But in the Bank statement it is showing that rs 1260 has been transferred to WBSEDCL.Even I got no messages from WBSEDCL.where my money gone?
