Paid electricity bill using WBSEDCL QR code but WBSEDCL hasn't received the payment yet

Sir/ Madam,
I paid WBSEDCL electricity bill using QR Code printed on electricity bill with Google pay scanner. UPI transaction ID is[protected], to WBSEDCL (billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank), from Devjani Bhattacharjee(State Bank of India), google transaction ID is CICAgODKvs_yDw. The consumer id is with the name of my mother. But no confirmation message delivered in registered mobile. Online payment status shows no history available.br...

Paid Electricity bill through google pay scanning QR code but still the bill is showing unpaid.

I have paid electricity bill through google pay, scanning the QR code displayed on the electricity bill but the bill is still showing unpaid and no amount has been returned to my debited account yet.
Details as follows:
Consumer ID:[protected] amount: Rs. 2509.00 payment Date-05/09/2021 Transaction ID[protected].
Please look over the matter and make the amount refunded to my debited account....

Payment Issue

I have done two payments on 8th May 2021 for Rs 586 and on 12th August 2021 for Rs 1287. But both are not reflected in my WBSEDCL account. The second transaction includes the dues of earlier bill as well which was also paid. So kindly do the needful. I have visited the local supplier office but they says that they can't help me with this issue. Kindly help me. The transaction details are attached below. Thank you....

Bill issue

I have done payment through qr code scan of wbsedcl through paytm...payment successful showing with upi reference no[protected]..on 3rd august 2021..but now electric dept. Told that they not received payment and ordered to cut off ..so now what can i do.where is my fault..already money deducted.....

Bill Payment Shows Pending but Money deducted

I paid WBSEDCL electricity bill using Vidyut Sahayogi App with GPay UPI. UPI transaction ID is[protected] to WBSEDCL (wbsedcl.billdesk@hdfcbank). from GURUPADA DEY (Central Bank of India). Money debited from HDFC through Phonepe app but WBSEDCL does not show the payment

I have paid my WBSEDCL electricity bill for the month of September 2021 on 2nd September, 2021 using QR code printed on the bill and payment was done via Phonepe app linked with HDFC account. A bill of Rs 11901 has been
deducted from my HDFC account on 2nd September but WBSEDCL says they have not got the payment from bank. What shall I do no? No refund is come from any one? Question is who will make me the refund WBSEDCL /Phonepe/SBI?...

High Electricity Bill amount

Dear Sir/Madam,

With most respectfully and humbly I would like to state you that I have received the electricity bill o[censored]nexpected very high amount of Rs 5094 for the month of September, October, November 2021 which is not acceptable as I used to get the bill of hardly Rs 800 for three months you please check my last three months bill amount.I have never received this much bill amount in the past.

Why the disgraceful service??

Every morning I wake up.. there's no electricity for 3 hours... in a day there's minimum 3-4 loadsheddings. A small amount of rainfall.. no electricity for 5 hours for no reason.....

Meter defect and abnormally high estimated bill

My consumer no is[protected] .I was billed an amount of rs 4240/- for consumption of 698 units for sept 21 Oct 21 and Nov 21 qtr as my meter was defective..narration of the bill states " above amount on estimated basis as meter seems defective" . Now my flat has been lying vacant for the past several years and my normal units consumed is zero . My normal bill is the minimum meter rent which is rs 80/- . I approached my local distribution office...

Refund money

Harassment in bill payment

Ours is a Govt Sponsored Higher Secondary School in Durgapur. It is natural that there may be some pending bills, but whenever we want to pay such bills, they are not willing to accept cheque payment and are asking for cash payment. A Govt School cannot allow such cash payment. Therefore I would request you to kindly accept cheque payment to avoid our harassment.

Electric bill paid but receipt not getting

UPI payment problem because money deducted my account
