Multiple docket registered but not getting any solution.
Local office says they can't do anything.
Everyday starting from 11:30 the voltage getting worst like 120V avg till next day morning. In the evening getting 112V only.
Many households are getting sick for this reason.
It's very pathetic condition but no one cares.
My consumer ID[protected].

I had paid the payment of my electric bill (Rs. 3205) by scanning QR code in the bill on 26.03.24.

It's been more than 48 hours, the payment is debited from my bank account but in Wbsedcl website payment status is showing pending. Therefore, I am unable to get payment receipt.

Please refund my money as soon as possible.

My last meter reading is 2882 and the fine was generated against 3342 unit which is completely wrong. After that my subdivision is changed...

Previously I gave a complain letter in the electricity office for high unit and bill amount and requested for meter checking but they installed a smart meter without my consent. this is showing even higher units and bill amount is unreasonable and abnormally high and they have cutoff my electricity supply...

I paid WBSEDCL electricity bill on 6th December 2023, by using QR Code printed on electricity bill with Google pay scanner of Rs. 3231.00 for the period Dec'23- Feb'24.
Google Pay shows that the payment is completely successful, but WBSEDCL has not confirmed it till now and now in payment bill fine is being added for not paid on time, but I have already paid it well before due date.

After 7 pm I have received a message my complain have close but they have not work and my house is no electricity. I have phone so many time they said that we are coming but no body come to my house to repaire electricity....

I applied for new connection vide application [protected] and i have pied quotation money through online on time. but till now no connection has been made and the connection status is showing witheld. please resolve my problem....

I am not able to login as consumer in www.wbsedcl.in with my login credential. When i am giving credential, its always navigating to only one page with error message: "no portal roles are assigned for this user. If this problem persists, contact your system administrator."

I tried to contact the 24x7 helpline of this company. But they are not able to solve the problem.br...

My last commercial electricity bill was 365 rs.
I tried to pay it but my consumer I'd is blocked/suspended.
For this problem I contact the helpline no. 19121
to solve my issue.
The customer care executive didn't listen to my complaint at all.She told me very arrogantly to disconnect the call and go to the local office as she won't help me for billing issue.
I didn't expect this from an executive of a government...

From last night in my house Power issues happening, i complaint about that On their Help line, then they just call me and listen my problem and then just sent a msg that my problem was solved .but my problem was not solved. Again i complaint and they do the same things again and again. Its been 22 hours i have the power related issue but no one looked on to it .

I paid WBSEDCL electricity bill by using QR CoI paid the bill amount of Rs. 3320.00 for the period July'23- sept'23 through Google Pay by directly scanning the QR code, given in the bill on 21st June, 2023. Google Pay shows that the payment is completely successful, but WBSEDCL has not confirmed it till now..

Now it's like a trend that electricity will definitely gone for 1 or 2 hours at every night. Most of the time if we try to connect the call to report this the call is not getting connected due to not reachable issue. And if the call connect it said from that office that we are working on it.
