Dear Sir, I have paid my bill for the month sept. 2014 invoice no.[protected] online at WBSEDCL today 01/09/2014. my money has been deducted from my account pyament is complete but i didn't get any receipt for the same. my ID[protected] . please do the needful to send me the confirmation mail and sms or else tel me what to do. thanking you.
