[Resolved]  West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — complain for defective meter and poor condition of service

Sir, I am Gobinda Chandra Ghara, a new consumer of Nandakumar CCC. I had applied for new connection two years ago. I had deposit Rs.-200/- as Earnest money on 09/04/2012(ref no. [protected]). The WBSEDCL Representative made his inspection on 14/06/2012. I had deposited Rs.- 800/- as House SC Charge and Rs.- 922/- as Security Deposit on 25/09/2012. On 23/08/2014 they had installed a new meter but it is defective. ACCORDING TO YELLOW READING CARD THE INITIAL READING IS 0000(ZERO) WHILE THE METER SHOWS 956 UNITS.
