West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company [WBSEDCL] — no elletric connection since evening of 04.04.15

Dear sir, I would like to inform you that from 04/04/15 at 7-30 P.M there is no electric connection in my area till 2.30 pm of 05/04/15 .In yesterday morning I liked to phone to your Toll Free No[protected] and also to your amtala office no [protected] atleast 30 times, no response from that end and last of all one asked me for my consumer number and also gave me a complain number[protected], but after that nobody came to do the needful. I shall be glad if you kindly look into the matter and help me to get the connection.
