Web Life Network — We had paid but there is no responde of my company website designing

weblife network is a Faurd company its only collect amount for repetly but not paid invoice an not do any single work,

i have also deposited upto 80000 Rs for ecommerce weblite (www.nanditashop.com)
but they not do any single work.

so i registered F.I.R for weblife network & galaxy info technology
i also advice you dont pay any single amount before received previous original invoice & domen detail.

please u also registed FIR for this company. so it will benifical to refund and take action on this company

www.nanditashop.com, Work done, but check bounced 2 time .i.e 60K bounced and 26K bounced, Then how company will responsible for client work.

Its realy faurd, www.nanditashop.com is not running i attached all screenshot of our portal,

an all not have any bounce cheque. my company will made all payment Cash deposit in ICICI bank & NEFT will made my company provide Cheque only for Recoard of approval of service that we alredy notify inWeblife Executive & Bank for if cheque present in bank update us . that payment invoice will not Paid upto date, from 1 year no singal invoice paid .

so how weblife company claim 'client don't understand its not company mistake.'

an our all total amount 64480 Rs that we paid by some installment as per taking approval from weblife network executive.

but weblife executive commeted 2 cheque bounsed from our company 60K & 26K.

so its totaly faurd statement given by weblife executive. also we send lots of request to weblife but all contact no is off & not pick call. also not responce letters & mail. 1 year completed but not received any single invoice

if any call pick from their executive, then they answer very rudely.

Dear Sir
That the private company namely “Galaxy Info tech” C/o “Weblife Network” had signed a contract with me for providing me the designed website as per my instruction along with some other benefits for Rs. 6000/- for one year. I have paid the said amount by Cheque No. 760823 dated 31.10.2016 drawn at Punjab and Sind Bank, Sector -10, Gurgaon.
Now the said company asking me either to pay more Rs. 12132/- or they are not ready to provided me the agreed designed website and some other benefits as per the signed contract, and if I asked them to cancel my project to design website and to refund my paid amount of Rs. 6000/- then company flat refuse to pay back to me.
Even, I have visited at the address of said company at “WZ-B/39, Near Metro Pillar No. 651, Uttam Nagar East, New Delhi, but unfortunately there were no company found instead I found a placement agency office at this address but all the concern person (Mr. Gourav Sriastava – [protected]), (Ms. Anjali Jain - [protected]), (Ms. Soni Saani – [protected]), (Ms. Savita – [protected]) are available on their mobile and whatsapp and their email address.
Thus, the said company is pre planned to cheat me and they cheated me for Rs. 6000/-.
I have made this complaint not for a small amount of Rs. 6000/- but I have made this complaint to stop these cheaters to cheating further others persons and for myself respect. It is the step to stop the fraud from being big fraud or crime further.
