We had a detailed discussion & have finally concluded to is that we would not like to work any further with you on our project as you just do not want to change your attitude towards the work, sorry to say this but if you say you are working from last 25 days on our project do you even know who is preksha in the company as she is one of the partner in the company and my husband had clearly mentioned you that all further co-ordination would be done by her with you as you give a reason for delay in the job of his being outstation rather than you understanding our requirements. Let me again remind you that we our your customers & not your servants you don’t have any rights to use all the below mentioned abusive language with us:

I have given my 100% but your problem is your attitude. You want people to run after you. Sorry but we don't serve that way. We work on our terms.

Let me brief you the complete scenario again as you had forgotten about it:

28thjuly 15 : we send an inquiry for travel business, discussed and given you basic requirements & same day you gave us quotation & stated you below mentioned details & terms /conditions :

Rs.9000 includes:
5 page of website design (Normal scroll page)
One domain name for 1 year
3 email ids for 1 year
One image flashing rotator on home page
Enquiry form
Extra:
Additional page rs.1000 per page.
Kindly acknowledge this email to proceed further on the same :)
Payment :
Website : kindly transfer rs.5000 as an advance for the website.
Balance on completion of the entire website link, but one day before launching the website.

14th aug 15: discussed with you on revised quote & did full pymt of rs 8000/- as we didn’t wanted any delay in project
20th aug 15: received 1 st link from you & reverted changes on the same via mail and also visited your office to explain you the requirements & for better customized designing changed the package to cooperate package as suggested by you.
22nd aug 15: gave you images
23rd & 24th aug 15: informed to edit as was not up to the mark it was just copy pasted as given
27th aug 15: gave you detailed ppt and requirements as requested by you
26th to 30th aug 15: you were on leave
31st aug 15: you raised your query on ppt
1st to 3rd sept 15: u send the link with copy pasting the data as given in the ppt without any inputs of your own
7th sept 15: we again gave you requirement and edited as it was not designed properly.
8th sept 15: you comment - as per your given layout style we have created the site. Now you want something different. When i did different you said do it as per your design in ppt, anyways the best solution is lets meet one day and finalize entire site on the same day.

Please check who has wasted time on the same & you give us the below mentioned condition, you purposefully delay the job so as to grab additional amount from the client in the form of penalty.

Now we will give you maximum time till september 15, 2015. After that all the conditions will be applied.

Can you please explain if i need to always comment as logo is not clear, email id needs to 3/4 the contact nowhere were your inputs on it as a web designer you couldn't see the same why was it that after he commented on the same you need to change it this showed your interest in the work & after that you say you had worked 10 times on the link.

And let me remind you as said by you " and its in your mind that you are paying good amount its "nominal" for the customized website. " input " right from your conversation to design. Better be aware that we had given you a customized website to be created & not what you would like & all the above mentioned reply of yours shows who dominates whom.
Lastly be very clear that as per your terms & conditions in your website - we have paid you the full amount of 8000/- in advance than how could you mention in your yesterday's mail the below mentioned condition :

Please note if you want to complete the work please come to our office along with balance payment.
All the above shows us how professional you are you have only opted to delay the job and collect additional payment without any satisfactory work given.

Note: you are cheating and harassing customers after collecting the full payment. We don’t want to continue with you as you don’t know how to talk with customers. Return my money back else i will have no choice to approach consumer court and social medias etc.
