Wellness Pathcare — Incorrect medical tests

I am a male and got few tests done by wellness Path care. The reference ranges that were mentioned on the report are for females and hence I am not able to draw inferences. I called them 2 times to look into my report but they did not bother. Please do not get swayed by the pamphlets that offer tests worth 8000 for 1999. Please go to reputed brands/labs. This looks like a classic case of Satyameva Jayate's "Basin Test" where blood samples are thrown in a basin and you know the quality of the tests and God alone save you from the treatment.
