Hi,
I have a new connection that was installed in December 2013. I am yet to receive my first bill. I am trying to lookup my information on the online portal using the consumer no. that I have in the quotation receipt, but I am getting an error message saying that my consumer id does not exist in the database.
My consumer id is:[protected]
Name: Writuparno Ganguly
Can you please check and advise how I can see my bill online so that I can make the online payment?
