Dear Sir I am quite shocked to receive the electricity bill against electricity consumption for the last 3 months (sept to Oct 2014 )at my residence. My Electricity Bill upto September 2014 already paid (Transaction ID: CTX[protected]details are attached with this mail It is just not possible for me to have used so much of electricity in the last one months more so because I was out of station with my family for twenty days and the house was locked Also i have checked Online & found next 3 month( Dec 2014 to Feb 2015 ) bill shows in advance. in this regard i have given series of complain from 12 Dec 2014 but till date no action taken from WBSEB & still showing out sanding payment in their online site Thanking you in anticipation.
