This is for your information that on 05.10.15 we have applied for a connection in the name of SUDHIR KUMAR MAHATA, C/O ANNANYA TRADERS, SANCTORIA, DISHERGARH, PIN-713333.
On 17.10.15 we have payment Rs 1015 /- as per the quation, and told that connection will be provided within 10 days.
