My consumer I D:[protected], Installation no.4355681&meter No:T1066910 on 01/03/2016 meter reader & BIlling personel can't provide me bill due to meter defect Office billed as they can imagine without meter reading I filled anapplication and met with Mr. Nayan Mandal, Station Manager, he was to busy to talk with me on 22/06/2016, I want to know how much days I will pay biis as per their imagination (without meter).I want to know How much days I have suffer as a bl;ind like .Please let me know your attention to us as a customer or slaves
