I have made payment of rs. 14487.07 against quotation amount of rs. 14355.00 for new connection against my application no. [protected] through my sbi credit card and got confirmation for payment made in my mobile. But while clicking on box for "view receipt" nothing is showing rather it is showing that payment receipt not generated. But afterwards while i try to generate payment receipt, it is asking for "consumer number". But i do not know the consumer number. When i put application no. It is again asking for valid consumer number. You should have a proper portal so that one can take out the print receipt after making payment through on line in case of a new connection when consumer number is not know to the person except application number. Kindly arrange for the same so that i can get the payment receipt.
