Dear sir,
Few months back my hard disk got corrupted
and I accepted the return policy as my hard disk was within warranty
they informed me that some guys will pick the hard disk
but till now no one came but 2-3 times people called and used to ask if anyone came or not, I told them but still no action was taken
please look into the matter and call me as soon as possible
