dear sir, good to know about this forum, i would like to inform that i hv purchased the WD passport from the flip kart on dated 25 july 2013 keeping in mind that the WD is one of the best company in world for the hard disk etc. but the piece which i received is defective whiile connecting it to the laptop it is nt detecting the device itself, request you to please take my complaint forward as we are not getting any inputs from the team . thanks and regards, amit bhargava [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

can not access 320gb hdd
i have a Wd 320 gb external hard disc. It is giving problem. When i connect it to my pc, its not being shown in my pc. I tried partition data recovery but hdd was not detected. What should i do?
