Whaaky.com — After order return of more than 8 days they have not refundeded my money

I GANESH PRAKASH KULKARNI ordered item due to some quality reason i returned the product I returned you the product order no(S[protected] by the DTDC courier (consignment no P[protected] I get status as delivered on momnday 22 jun 2015 but after returning the product they have not refunded my money As per there policy they say after returning product they will call me and cancel the product but they didn't call me I also try to contact them by mail as well as by phone but they are not responding to my request I am dropping mail to "[protected]@whaaky.com" but they are responding though i have submitted all the details discussed with customer support for more details am attaching the snaps of my order as well as he return courier details please help me out on this
