I ordered a Mi power bank from whaaky.com.When i used it i got to know that its not working properly infact its a duplicate power bank.since then i am trying to contact the website but they are not picking up my calls nor are they replying to my mail.I don, t know what to do now and how to handle this. I have filed a complaint earlier also for refund.I have already sent the power banks back as said by the company but after that I didn't got any mail or any response.They are again not picking my calls and replying to my mails.I request you to please help me solving this problem.They are not refunding my money.
