Hi All, I have ordered the power bank from whakky.com (MI 10400 MAH). However, it is duplicate. When I came to know about it, I have called their customer care more than 50 times (Mentioned in Website) but no one is picking up the call. Even in email as well there is not response. It seems to be like a fake company which is created to loot people. It also does not have serial number. Total Power bank ordered 2. Please help me to get my refund.
