Whaaky.com — Fake products delivered | |||
I ordered 5 POLO T SHIRTS WITH BRANDED MOBILE on whaaky. I later got my order dispatched through DELHIVERY COURIER with consignment no[protected]. After opening the package I found that they are not POLO T SHIRTS AND ALSO THE MOBILE IS NEITHER THE ONE THEY MENTIONED WITH SPECIFIC FEATURES NOR IT IS WORKING. I recommended this offer to many friends of mine and now regret for wasting their money, too. I am really upset with the service they have given considering I bought these products with my first salary. Please help me out in getting my money back. Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that after putting a complaint in here the Whaaky.com team contacted me to send them the products through courier for processing of my refund. Its been several days I have sent the items through courier, yet there is no response from the whaaky customer support team. Now I neither have the items, since I have already sent them, and no refund from them. Between I enquired the courier company and got updated that the shipment has reached to the adress Whaaky team has mentioned earlier.
Please find herewith attached jpg files of gmail conversations I had with Whaaky.com.
Please help me.
