1 review Reviewed on Sat, 27/06/2015 - 05:58 "Consumer negligence and useless Customer Support" They collect the money on purchases from customer online shopping. Either they do not deliver the item or no response provided to customer both on Phone and email. Refer to my Order confirmation number : S80820562 and whaaky shipment tracking number Z54545691. The shipment is undelivered for last 45 days and the DTDC Courier company had declared the shipment as Non Traceable. With this regard I expect a prompt response either by a Refund or Replacement Product. Any further delay or no response by Whaaky I would treat this as a Consumer negligence and irresponsible of customer support by Whaaky team. As per Whaaky terms and conditions and Consumer rights I will raise a complaint and recover the amount. Neither over email or by phone customer care support I have no response by Whaaky team on subject. Expecting a prompt response on subject without further delay. Was this information helpful? | |||
