Whaaky.com — No update on status of order for which amount already paid | |||
I had placed order via whaaky.com on[protected] via order number S80868309. 3 items have been ordered and entire amount is paid for the same. One item has been dispatched on[protected] and I had received the same on[protected] and there is no update on the balance 2 items so far. I have written mails twice to them @ [protected]@whaaky.com and also had tried many times to reach them on[protected] but no response has been received. I either want to cancel my order with entire refund or an early possible response. I don;t understand why they claim so many things on-line when they cant provide a proper customer response. I had paid an amount of total Rs. 2397/- and they have only delivered goods worth of Rs. 599/- and rest of the products after even 25days shows as preparing to ship. !!!
They neither attend calls nor revert on mails sent to [protected]@whaaky.com.
There is no option to cancel the order as well to claim refund. Pls advise to either get my products from whaaky or the money already paid. !!!

There no revert from Whaaky nor a call...
I don't know how to cancel the order as well as there is no means to cancel it other than calling them.
Request you to expedite so that either my money is returned or the items are delivered... I m now fed up with these guys !!!

Online Order but not received one month completed
I order on 2nd of this month & they tell me you will receive this order within 10-15 days but till today I no get any response from their side my order no is S80763691 so please check .Received Duplicate product
1.I have ordered 4 items from whaaky.com 18 days before.2.Today i received the products.
3.All 4 products are duplicate.
4.Trying to contact them from last 6 days, no 1 is picking the call from there side.
5.I want to return and want my refund for the same.
Not giving proper response in a meantime.
